What you will do
- “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach
- Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall objectives
- Lead and support the day-to-day implementation of strategy by 70+ person team
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels
- Work with C-level executives on setting company goals and their implementation
Must haves
- 4+ years experience as a VP of Marketing/ Director of Marketing or a similar role in IT Marketing/Business development/B2B markets at a digital marketing agency or an outsourced software development company
- Proven experience in leading outbound and inbound lead generation teams (30+ people)
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Proficient in business software (CRM, email marketing, A/B testing, Data Studio, reporting tools, etc.)
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
- Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)
- Excellent written and oral English
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities

- A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
