What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and align product roadmap to the strategic goals
- Gather and document requirements, acceptance criteria and prioritize user stories, epics to ensure the focus is on those with maximum value
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions, act as the main point of contact for the product development team
- Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals
- Identify and manage risks, opportunities and areas of improvement within the product
- Develop and manage budget for project, be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
Must haves
- 3+ years experience in product management field (PO, BA, PM)
- Experience with Agile process and principles
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proactiveness and ownership mentality
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Attention to details
Nice to haves
- Experience working with C-level decision makers
- Previous experience in software product companies
- Hands on experience of using product analytics tools
