What you will do
- Managing databases
- Preparing documents, letters, contracts, presentations, and reports
- Preparing comparative market analysis for listings
- Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Input all client information into client database system
- Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and posts
- Organizing agenda meetings
- Arranging appointments
- Record-keeping.
Must haves
- 1 year of Real Estate Industry experience
- Strong communications skills or marketing/business background
- Someone who can help with light marketing responsibilities, but with guidance. For example: Write blogs, maintain our SM accounts, Review website, Consolidate banking transactions, assist with rental repair coordination with REO property tasks
- Upper Intermediate English level
- Advanced PC user
- Ability to find information in open recourses
- Positive thinking and good customer service.
