What you will do
- Design and implement a cohesive and scalable enterprise architecture that aligns with the company’s business strategy and objectives.
- Analyze the current state of technology infrastructure, applications, data flows and systems within the organization.
- Identify opportunities for business processes automation, improvement and optimizing technology resources.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand business objectives, goals, and strategies.
- Work with project teams, provide guidance and support during the solution design and development phases to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader on enterprise architecture matters. Identify and prioritize technology initiatives and investments to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology solutions and architectural changes.
Must haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven track of record on playing an Architect or Tech Lead role
- Proficiency in analyzing complex technical environments and designing scalable, reliable, and secure architectures.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it
- Experience with at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- In-depth understanding of business processes, IT strategy, and technology solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business and technical requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
